zotero standalone & word 2008 for mac

Hello,

I installed zotero standalone with chrome on my mew Mac. I tried to add citation into my word 2008 file, it worked very well. But, few days after, I do not know what happened but nothing is working well anymore. When I'm triying to add citation or bibliography :
1- I have this message in french "Des champs zotero ne peuvent pas être insérés ici."
2- If I press refresh in the word zotero menu, the message does not appear anymore but the zotero standalone window appears.

I have tried to reinstall the plugin, to restart word and my computer but nothing is working. I have tried to find solution in other messages of the forum but I could not find anything.

does it work in a new document?

I'd look at number 2. e.g.

When I try in a new document the style references window appears but after choosing my style (for example Chicago style) I have the same message box : ""Des champs zotero ne peuvent pas être insérés ici."

-Quelle version de word 2008? Vous pouvez mettre à jour word en cliquant sur le menu "Aide", "Vérifiez les mises à jour" (ou quelque chose de ce genre).

-Zotero standalone et le plugin zotero pour word sont-ils à jour?
