[solved] SpringerLink translator broken (Report ID: 2119847806)

Saving anything from SpringerLink seems to be broken for me. The last item I tried was http://www.springerlink.com/content/t6777p1777147243/?MUD=MP but others didn't work either.

I suspect it's related to this error:

    not a general issue, this works for me.
    Is that using Firefox or one of the connectors?

    Try 5.) and 8.) here: http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues (for Chrome/Safari, also disable other extensions) no need to run through the other steps.

    I'm using Zotero 3.0.8 in FF 15.0.1 on Linux Mint 13 x64. Translators are up-to-date.

    I had suspected it could be the HTTPS Everywhere add-on since that had caused issues with ACM earlier, but disabling that doesn't fix the issue.

    Just in case it matters: I'm logged in, so zotero will try downloading the PDF I believe.

    I'll try disabling other add-ons.

    Solved it: I don't generally allow cookies and creating an exception for springerlink.com seems to have made it work.

    Maybe that's something to add to the troubleshooting page?
