EBSCO

I'm using version 3.0.8 of the standalone. When I use Zotero to create the Works Cited entries it adds an extra field for EBSCO sources.

Singh, Nitya. “How to Tame Your Dragon: An Evaluation of India’s Foreign Policy Toward China.” India Review 11.3 (2012): 139–160. a9h. Web.

The "a9h" is coming from the "Archive" field. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there a fix for the Zotero MLA that would keep Zotero from adding things from the "Archive" field?
  • we'll have a better fix for this shortly.

MLA requires you to list the source of online citations - in this case EBSCO Host - in the bibliography. The MLA style currently uses the "Archive" field for that. While that's not ideal, it allows for getting accurate MLA output.

We'll have a solution in place that uses the "Library Catalog" field probably towards the end of November.

Until then, there is still the question what the a9h is doing for EBSCO. It's in their data export, but I'm really curious about what it refers to.
