Rating System - Stars?

I'm not sure if this has been requested already. But when you're doing academic research, you may have dozens of articles on one particular subject. Some obviously stand out, and some are not very useful. It would be nice if you could quickly click on 1 to 5 stars for each item's usefulness rating.
