copy content into notes: same font and headings

Hello. I have a problem with creating the notes after copying the content from another document:

1. I want to write all the notes in the same font. The most of the content from the notes I copy from other documents. Even tough I clear the formatting before copying, the font appears in different styles in the zotero-notes (e.g. one font with serifs, one without serifs / one font a little bit bigger, one smaller). I have no idea why this happens. Is there any possibility given in Zotero to unify the font in the note?

2. The heading of the note (which appears when you click on a document in the center column) is builded automatically, according to the heading you write down in the note. But sometimes this doesn't work when I copy the content from another document. Again I don't know why. Is there a possibility to rename the heading manually?

Thanks for answering...
  • 1. no - the notes just take whatever is in your clipboard, which typically includes formatting. As workarounds, you can try pasting in html mode - which will get rid of the font, but likely also other formatting, or you can paste to a plain text editor like TextEdit or Notepad as an intermediate step to remove all formatting.

    2. no.
