Help please - can I search 'My Library' for folder location of assigned articles?

I have a lot of items in My Library. Over time, I have been reading, noting, tagging and organising articles into specific folders in Zotero.
As I've used Zotero, I've got better and better at being organised but yesterday, I found an article from when I started research that I hadn't put in a folder. It was an important article!

Please help, is there a way of searching My Library to see which articles I've assigned to which folder as trolling through the entire thing will take me forever!

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "searching My Library"

Pressing ctrl does not work; it does not show you in which folder the particular reference is.
