Unable to save from HOLLIS (Harvard Library catalog) in Chrome

When viewing the record for a single item in HOLLIS, the Zotero icon displays as a folder rather than a book. On hover, the tooltip reads "Save to Zotero (COinS)". Saving a single item from HOLLIS works fine in Firefox. Saving multiple items from the search results screen works fine in both browsers.
