Winword error message

I had to re install Firefox and Zotero. Now it wont work with word.

"Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again."

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I have installed Zotero and zotero standalone.

It sounds like you reinstalled Zotero, but not the Word plugin. Reinstall the Word plugin from http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation_for_zotero_2.1#microsoft_word
