"Zotero Integration Error"

"Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again." this is the message i got everytime i push the botton "zotero insert citation". i can not use my zotero library to quote references and add bibliography to my writings : (

    we need error report ID as well as OS, Zotero version, and WOrd version.

    Zotero version: 3.0.7
    WOrd version: Word for Mac 2011, version 14.1.0

    start by updating Zotero to 3.0.8
    did you run through the troubleshooting steps I link to?
