Reinstalled Firefox, had to resintall ZOTERO, now where are my Collection in my library?

Reinstalled Firefox, lost ZOTERO plug-in.
Reinstalled Zotero.
Accessed my account by logging in.
Can see "MyLibrary" folders or collections from the webpage BUT not in the ZOTERO fields on the bottom of my screen.
Where did they go?
