Problem installing Paper Machines

Has anybody been able to successfully install this plugin? See https://github.com/chrisjr/papermachines/blob/master/README.md. I tried multiple times but haven't been able to as I keep getting error messages. I posted this issue on github (see https://github.com/chrisjr/papermachines/issues/5), but was just wondering whether somebody here had figured it out already...

    works out of the box for me in ZSA on linux - my guess would be it's a Windows issue.

    I think so too. Turns out you can't (easily) create an 'aux' folder in windows. But when I unpack the xpi with 7zp, for instance, it does do it properly (it automatically creates an _aux folder then). Is there any way I couuld use that workaround? If so, where would I unpack the xpi into? And how do I then 'start' the plugin (i.e. make Zotero 'see' it)? Any ideas?

    Ok - update: Chris Johnson-Roberson, the author of this brilliant extension, has now fixed this bug and I can proudly report that I was probably the first one to ever have run this FANTASTIC Zotero-plugin on a Windows machine. And I can tell all of you that this is going to be a GIGANTIC hit! If I find some time this week, I'll experiment a bit more with it and will post some more details.
