zotero toolbar does not appear word/mac/2011

Hi all,
I have installed a new version of Office 2011 and could not see the toolbar appear under the Script menu.

I followed the suggestions here but still the problem won't solve.

I am using a Lion OS, Firefox is updated, zotero plugin 3.0.8 and
Word plugin 3.5.5.

I searched for the zotero.dot file in the folder start/word but it was not there. I understood that I could move it there manually, but I did not find it anywhere.

Any suggestions?

    Following the instruction here:

    I found the zotero.dot file and copied it to start/word/ folder, restarted Word and still no sign of zotero menu...


    Any other ideas?
