Upgrade Storagecannot install word add-in on mac
Hi. I'm using Zotero Stand Alone for mac. When clicking install word add-in, I receive the following message:
[Exception... "'You can't save the file Zotero.dot because the volume
Zotero is read only. @[install:install.m:64]' when calling method:
[nsIRunnable::run]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)"

What exactly is the problem and how can I fix it?

dstillmanIt looks like you're running Zotero from the disk image. You need drag it to the Applications folder and run it from there.
