[Style request] L&O style won't add DOI

Hi!
I'm preparing a manuscript for submission to Limnology and Oceanography, and I'm having trouble with formatting of references. Specifically, Zotero won't add the DOI in the bibliography when it is available. Is this a problem with the .csl that someone is able to fix?
