Upgrade StorageMake alerts for pending actions more prominent when logged in
I have a group (ac263) and knew I had some pending membership requests. I logged in to zotero and dug around for a few minutes but didn't manage to find the membership requests anywhere. I finally started up my mail client and found the email messages with the necessary links.
It would be nice if Zotero did something like:
1. An alert in the top bar with my username if there are "outstanding actions" for me to look at.
2. An alert/banner on the group page when I go to view it, since I'm an admin.
