no zotero insert citation icon in MS word document??????

I am using windows vista business.there is no insert citation icons/tool bar in the MS Word document. Can someone help me with that please???

    Did you install the plugin that is required to enable the Zotero citation toolbar in MS Word?

    I was not aware of this installation of the pluggin.
    I have done as per your advice and the toolbar is there. :-)
