Sage now may have download limits

This issue should be watched. It may require action.

A while ago I downloaded selected articles from four issues Sage journal using the folder icon in the URL bar. When I tried to _view_ the 5th issue I received a redirect screen with a warning that I am downloading records too rapidly. The message recommended a 3 second interval between record requests. My university has a subscription to the journal. I thought that this might be a problem limited to inside the university system. Later, I tried again from my home and encountered the same problem after downloading about ten records in three groups (from three issues of the journal). When I accessed the Sage site from home I didn't go through my university proxy and I viewed articles from a different journal.

The block lasted about 15 minutes each time. This isn't a block only on searching or downloading. It actually blocks me from not only the articles but also the tables of contents.

I subscribe to a couple of email Sage Alerts of articles within their journals that meet my criteria. This Sage service is syndicated through Highwire. The time-lock was related to my trying to download articles from journal contents that were noted on the "Alert". I've never had this problem when I looked at and downloaded the Sage articles one at a time.
