Author initial appearing on second citation

Hi all, I am using zotero built into Firefox with the plugin for Word 2010 and the Harvard 1 style. My problem is that whenever I insert more than one reference from the same author, the citation inserter treats it as a new author. Let's say I want to use both (Turner 2000) and (Turner 2004), when it sees (Turner 2004), it will append the first initial, making it (G. Turner 2004). Is there any way I can have zotero realise that both citations come from the same author?

if the author is input the same way, it will be treated as a single author.
  • Thanks. I will go through and check that they are all written the same way.
