Upgrading Storage
Our group has been using Zotero for a while now and recently we started to get the error message: The Group '217 Chandlee' has reached its Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. So our PI upgraded our storage space, but unfortunately, she is not listed as the owner of the group; a graduate student is. Is there any way to change her to the owner of the group or to move the 1G storage to our group account and not her personal account?

sxs126Now we have transferred the ownership of the group account to our PI, but when I try to sync to the main server the arrow just spins. We don't get an error message, just the spinning arrow.
