Export Zotero data to OpenOffice literature database

Hi,
my Question is: Is there an easy way to export my Zotero library to the OpenOffice literature database?
Zotero is very helpful for me to create entries from pdfs or pubmed, but I dont get along with the OO-plugin. The integrated function for literature entries seems to work much better.
I tried all export filetypes, but cant find one which is easy to load in OO.
Thanks for your help.

You're much better of troubleshooting the Zotero Ooo integration and make it work for you - it's several years of development ahead of Ooo's citation module, which I'm not even sure is developed anymore.

But if you really don't want to - does Ooo say which formats it will import? Zotero exports pretty much all industry standards.
  • The bibliographic database in OO.o/LibreOffice has many limitations & the lack of ability to import standard formats is one of them. refbase and JabRef & other programs can export to an opendocument spreadsheet that has the same schema as the bibliographic database.

But I tend to agree: Zotero works for many people & had plenty of advantages over the built-in bibliographic database. Take some time to troubleshoot it.

I haven't tried this, but if that's the case you could just use jabref as a go between, export from Zotero to bibtex and from jabref to Ooo. I don't think that qualifies as "easy", but it'd likely work.
