Help!

I tried to export files and the window says exporting and the green line keeps moving and its been hours: e.g. its stuck. And I can't stop it short of turning off the computer. The export process doesnt show up in the task lists

    How many references did you try to export? You might later try exporting a subset & reporting back what shows up in the error console so that the bug can be diagnosed and fixed more easily.

    Can't you kill Firefox? (I realize this isn't ideal, but Firefox 2 does save your webpages & will offer to restore your session in the case of a crash or kill.

    As noksagt suggests, you should quit Firefox. Zotero is not still exporting references. Instead, the application encountered some error during the export process and is hung. If you try to restart Windows, you should get a prompt to quit any unresponsive applications (i.e. Firefox).
