Why inserts bibliography when I select insert citation?

Hello all,

I'm writing a paper and I was inserting citations while writing to change to bibliography after finishing. However, I don't know why, everything was working well but suddenly, after inserting a new citation, the program automatically change the citations to bibliography in the middle of the text. Then, I have to undo (Ctrl+z) changes twice or three times to keep the text just with the citation.

Does anybody know why word or zotero changed this? Probably I touched something but I don't have any idea about what.
