Can't see my references

Hi, Please could you help with follow problem for non-tech savvy user:
my bibliography is saved safely on my Zotero account and I can see them all when I log in. but when working on a document and just clicking on the Zotero button in the bottom right hand corner only the folders show from my library. There are no titles shown in the central pane. When I try to search for an item to reference it, it can't be found. Any suggestions v welcome. Thanks!

    You're running Firefox 5.0.1, which is very old and likely contains security vulnerabilities. This may or may not be the cause of the problem, but start by upgrading to the latest version of Firefox. You should also make sure you have automatic Firefox updates turned on.

    Many thanks, Dan. Updated to Firefox 12.0 and this has fixed the problem.
