Zotero not working with our Primo site

We currently use Primo for our discovery layer. A patron recently contacted me and told me that Zotero was not working for him. I tested it. It didn't work for me either. It appears to be a site translator issue that is not yet listed.

    yes, primo catalogs don't work with articles because the catalog doesn't provide any xml data for article items.
    Someone could add this to the known translator items, but it is known (and we have no way to fix it).
