Upgrade StorageProblema con el plug in de word

Por favor me pueden ayudar
Cuando ingreso a Zotero a prefenre a Cite y trato undo en: intalle word ad in, me aparece el siguiente error:

"'You can't save the file Zotero.dot because the volume Zotero is read only. @[install:install.m:64]' when calling method: [nsIRunnable::run]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "JS frame :: resource://zotero-macword-integration/installer.jsm :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 67" data: no]
Por lo tanto no me aparecen los iconos de zotero en word y no he podido trabajar.
Ya envie informe de eroro y me aparece el siguiente código: 966479333
