Retain tab bar [Info, Notes, Tags, Related] when editing a note

In the right-hand side pane, which displays four tabs when an item is selected [Info, Notes, Tags, Related], the tab bar disappears when a note is selected/added/being edited. It would be useful if this tab bar remained to allow for a more consistent and helpful navigation.
