Upgrade StorageDeleted Tags to trash
Although grave issues like this one have been fixed, it is still quite an irreversible thing to delete a tag, and I don't think it should be.
Proposal: move tags to Trash if they are deleted. Have them appear along with other deleted items, with the little Tag label as icon. Reinstating them will mean that all items that were tagged with this tag will get the tag again.
I don't expect this to be easy to implement, since tags are technically so different from items and attachments. But from the user's point of view, if you can delete something, you'd find it also logical to find it in Trash and be able to reinstate it.
