New style almost done... help? (Journal of Biomechanics)

This is a link to a gist of a new working style for the Journal of Biomechanics:

https://gist.github.com/3232696

The main problem with the style is that there should not be a common between a journal name and the volume number in the references, but I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of it. The official reference to the style is pretty vague, but it's at the end of the author info section here:
http://www.jbiomech.com/authorinfo

Also, only the first letter of the title of the journal article or conference paper should be capitalized, but I can't quite figure out how to implement this.

An example of a Journal of Biomechanics paper can be found here:

If anyone could help me finish this up and post this new style that would be great!!
  • for the first problem : in your macro "locators" I think you should change
    <group prefix=", " to <group prefix=" "

    it appears two times in the macro, after :
    <if type="article-journal article-magazine" match="any">
    and after
    <else-if type="article-newspaper">
  • I see the new style is up! Thanks to whoever posted it!
  • (this actually got covered by the "Elsevier-Harvard2" style that a couple of Elsevier Journals use - the Journal of Biomechanics on the repository is just a dependent style (i.e. a link) to that style. That's why no one posted here).
  • Oh okay, good to know!
  • needless to say, this is not to say your contribution isn't appreciated - this just happens from time to time (I've had at least half a dozen of my styles turned into dependent styles) and the fewer separate styles to maintain the better.
