Upgrade StorageRemoving "too long" entries on "extra" values

I am having trouble syncing with Zotero. When I first had this problem, a box opened up indicating that some of the tags on my entries were too long, more than 256 characters I believe. I deleted those tags (there were perhaps 3-4 of them). Since then I continue to receive an error message when trying to sync that indicates that some of the extra values are too long. How should I best go about finding them? I tried a manual search through my tags, but that hasn't yielded anything in twenty minutes of searching. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your feedback. I had not emptied my Trash but have done so now and still receive the same error message when I tried to sync (#1030207486). Do you have any other suggestions?

This is your error message: All you should need to do is type, say, "ft409" and clear the Extra value from the item that comes up.
