there's a collection called "Duplicate Items" on the bottom of the left hand panel. It contains all suspected duplicates. Click on them and click on "Merge Items" in the right hand panel.
Thanks. The only problem is I am using Zotero as part of a research team so using a shared library - I can see the duplicates folder in my normal library (which is empty) but not in my shared library which is the one I am working with.
Is there any way of moving or adding a duplicates folder for my shared library?
Thank you. Another issue I have been having all day - I am using Zotero to organise references from searches for a systematic review. This means I need to save search results in the thousands. At first I was able to export 500 references to Zotero in one go but since then it freezes even exporting 50 references at once, and if I click on anything it crashes Firefox.
Does Zotero struggle to upload mutiple references at once? Is there a quicker way of doing this as it is unworkable at the time it is taking/amoung it is crashing at the moment - I have spent all day uploading 200 references out of 1,930 from 1 search...
start a new thread for separate issues please. In general Zotero does fine importing a couple of hundred refs at a time. Make sure to mention the database you're using.
