Upgrade StorageRun-time error '5'
I am getting this error AND I saw other forums where it worked to turn off Firefox compatibility mode (Windows XP Server Pack 3). The problem is is that Firefox freezes up unless I am in compatibility mode Windows XP Server Pack 3. I have tried most of the compatibility modes available, but I can't get both to work, that is, if the Word Add-in works, then Firefox freezes. If Firefox runs smoothly, then I get "run-time error 5" when using the Word add-in. Suggestions?
I have Windows 7. Firefox, Zotero, and the Word Add-in are all the latest versions.

SimonFirefox shouldn't need to be run in Windows XP compatibility mode, and I'm not sure there's any way we can make Zotero communicate with Word when it is. The Mozilla support forums may be able to help you get Firefox working without compatibility mode. Alternatively, you can try Zotero Standalone.
