Customising proxy redirection
Hi I hope you can help me.
So far, the proxy redirection (which seems to kick in whenever I access journals and so on under my university account) works fine.
But two days ago I noticed that an online newspaper I personally subscribe to was also available via the university, so I idly clicked on the link to see. Then the proxy thing kicked in and saved itself.
Now, whenever I try to access that newspaper, Firefox redirects me to the university login page, rather than straight to the newspaper. And even if I login via the newspaper, I can't access the full text of the newspaper.
Please can you tell me how to exclude that newspaper from the proxy redirecting thing.
Thanks,
Julian

Under configure proxies, you'll likely see "multiple site"
double click that --> a list with all configured sites comes up
--> delete the one(s) that you don't want proxied.
I had found the Configure Proxies dialog already, but double clicking was not at all obvious.
Maybe in a new version a little message could be put below the window - e.g. "To access and/or modify the list of configured sites, double click on 'multiple sites'"
Or something like that.
Thanks again,
Julian
