Browser won't stop "thinking" and post to library

I have tried multiple times to post items to a group library that was created for my MS in Ed. course. I enter all the information and then click "save" and the browser has the "thinking" circle that never goes away and the information never gets entered. Any suggestions?

    This is on the website correct? What browser and OS versions? Firefox and Chrome are most likely to work without problems. All other relatively modern browsers should work, but are not as rigorously tested.
