Wordprocessor plug-in - installation didn't work - 140370438

hello together,

i'm runnung windows 7 64bit, firefox 13.0.1 and libreoffice 3.5.5
at the end of the standalone installation ther's an error like:

8.0\zoteroWinWordIntegration.dll': (80520012) <unknown; can't get error from NSPR

in LO 3.5.5 i can see the buttons but nothing happens when i'm clicking on it.

who can help

    The error you report there is benign. If you got an error during installation, it's probably related to this.

    when I try activting the plug-in the following error appears:

    (com.sun.star.lang.DisposedException){{{Message="Binary URP bridge disposed during call", Content=(com.sun.star.lang.uno.XInterface)@69770a8}}}

    by the way - when I'm using LibreOffice portable, everything works fine...
