Upgrade Storagesmall caps instead of capital letters
Hey,
"adamsmith" gave me a very good .cls to get authors in capital letters. Now my university said that small caps would be much more useful (I don't no why - germans...). Maybe you can help me one more time: Instead of the capital letters in citations, I now need small caps (i tried but failed). That should all not influence the bibliography-style...
