Unable to find Zotero Toolbar or insert citations
I've been working on my document for a few months on a Mac (Mac OS X Version 10.6.8) using Word (2011). I'm using Zotero (3.0.8) and Word Plug in for Mac (3.5.5). Things have been going smoothly. But today i loaded Zotero and the Word Plug in on an older PC (i don't have the specs, it's at school). I was unable to add citations there, so i came home to add them.
When i first opened the document, the Zotero toolbar was where i left it, but it did not work. I clicked "add citation" but nothing happened. When i closed Word, i received an error message "Word could not fire command."
I uninstalled both Zotero and the plug in and re-installed them both (with Word closed). I then went to add the toolbar, but there was no option to do that. I then used the Help function to "Add Citation" and received an error (OSStatus error -1708).
This is my dissertation, so you can imagine i'm a bit panicked... thoughts?

maoquaiI've also updated Word and reinstalled the word add-on through my preferences in the add-ons manager. Have found the Zotero Toolbar, but still can't add citations and am receiving error on closing Word: Word cannot fire command.

SimonI think this is the same issue as http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#cannot_insert_citation_into_any_document_with_word_2011 (although you'd only get the error there if you try to insert a citation from the script menu, rather than the toolbar). Try the steps there.
