Upgrade StorageAPA output capitalisation
There has been a comment on this on July, 10, 2007 - not sure, what became of this...
It appears to me that for German language references with capitalised words things get mixed up in the APA output. For example "Edu-Action statt Education? - Vom Bildungscontrolling zur Entwicklung von Bildungsqualität" in the field "title" is rendered as "Edu-action statt education? - vom bildungscontrolling zur entwicklung von bildungsqualität". Is there anything I can do about this (other than manually correct this afterwards)?
