Mozilla Firefox 64bit support?

Will zotero have firefox 64bit support in the future? The windows integration tool does not work with it.

When Mozilla releases an official 64-bit release of Firefox for Windows, we will support it. Until then, we won't.
  • Ok thanks, there is a Alpha build in development which works with zotero in browser but the Word integration does not.

The alpha build also handles huge amounts of newspapers (which I use) much better than the official release.

I'm sure it will be a long while before this becomes official.
  • Without warranty but: if that's the case you could use Zotero in FF-64 to collect data and Zotero Standalone - sharing the data directory - for using with Word.
I use Standalone for writing anyway as it's faster and less distracting.

Sorry to wake up an old thread, but Mozilla does appear to officially support 64-bit Firefox from version 38 onwards. I tried Zotero 4.0 (with Word plugin for Windows v3.1.19) on FF 38 beta 5 and it didn't work. So, I had to revert back to 32-bit version.
