Are there any conflict with Zotero in Firefox and Chrome in the same computer?
Hi,
I have been using zotero for quite a while in firefox but I wanted to test it in chrome. Is there any chance of corrupting my database if I run both chrome and firefox in the same computer?
Thanks

There are two ways of doing this:
1. You can install Zotero standalone and the Chrome connector plugin. When You install Standalone, it will ask you whether you want to share the data directory of Zotero for FF. You should. Then, whenever you have Standalone open, Zotero in FF will behave just like a connector and you won't be able to open it (so as to prevent data corruption). You can have FF and Chrome open at the same time and import items from both.
2. You can decide _not_ to install Zotero Standalone and just the Chrome Connector and use that with Zotero for Firefox - see these instructions:
