Word for Windows not compatible with Firefox 13.0.1?

My Word add-on for Zotero suddenly stopped working, and when I try to re-install, I get the following message: "Zotero Word for Windows integration could not be installed because it is incompatible with Firefox 13.01.1"

Suggestions?

    It's definitely compatible, and marked as such. Either you are trying to install the plugin on a Mac or an unofficial Firefox release, you are trying to install an old version of the plugin, or there's a problem with your Firefox installation. In the latter case, you might try following these instructions to create a new Firefox profile and see if that helps. (If it does, you can follow these instructions to locate your Zotero database in the old profile and copy it into the new one.)

    I have the same problem with firefox 13.0.1 and the integration zotero to my word is not possible. I tried the suggestions of Simon.
