Help write a batch file to silently install zotero as a firefox extension,when firefox is launched

Ive an assignment to write a batch file .To install Zotero firefox extension .When Firefox is launched.Does anyone know how to do this?

Why would you want to do that? If you want to deploy Zotero in a computer lab, it is much better to install it system wide

Thanks alot,im to deploy it to users via SCCM.I tried the global installation method on the link and it did not install the extension, when i launched firefox.I put the .xpi file in the extension folder as recomended.Even tried it in the jsloader folder(didnt work).But when i pasted it on the .exe it launched .I dont want any user interaction, if it can be helped.Only for it to install silently.What can i do?

I have never used SCCM and not used Windows for many years, so cannot give you any specific advice on that platform.

On my work Mac, I get centrally managed Zotero Standalone installed through Munki (http://code.google.com/p/munki/)
