you can ignore the first error (the updated field), but the rest needs to be fixed.

I fixed everything except the updated field and #6 from the Style-Requirements, because I am not sure what is meant. Geochemica et Cosmochimica Acta is an Elsevier Journal which is based in London, Amsterdam and New York. The Journal is in English, but the editorial board is from all over the world. Please advise.

For 6. what is relevant is the language the journal is published in. If it's English only, the default locale should be set to "en" if it publishes articles in multiple languages

If you revise this style in the future, please work from the copy in the repository, I fixed up a couple of small formalities before pushing it.

@adamsmith, I changed the locale to "en-US". The CSL style includes a date in American format, so I think it makes more sense this way.
