Importing one Group Library to another Group Library

THATCamp HBCU started a Zotero library that we would like to share with THATCamp's main Zotero group library.

Is there a way we can do this? Can we make one library the parent of another library, for example?

You should be able to drag collections from one library to another (provided you have write/edit permission for the second one).
