Upgrade StorageHaving problems with BMC Bioinformatics style
Hi -- I'm a relatively new Zotero user, and am preparing a manuscript for a BMC journal (not BMC Bioinformatics, but it requires the identical style.) I'm using Firefox 12.0, Mac OS X 10.7.4, and Word 2011 (14.2.2.)
The BMC Bioinformatics style requires boldface for the titles of journal articles. I used it in my manuscript and it worked perfectly. I then removed the bibliography and worked on citations for a while, then tried to regenerate the bibliography. Everything worked except the boldface -- it just didn't happen.
The really strange part: When I try to re-insert the bibliography, the word {Citation} blinks on first, which it always does. Then the bibliography flashes on the screen with the boldface properly formatted. Then it disappears -- and re-emerges on the page without the boldfacing!
I set up a new test document and the boldfacing worked fine. But I can't get it to work in the original, nor in copies of the original. I'm really hoping I don't have to retype this thing -- needless to say, it's quite long.
I've also tried disabling the style, restarting Firefox, re-enabling the style, et cetera.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

Inserted the bibliography, and had the same problem.
Then pressed COMMAND-Z five times (don't ask) and the formatting suddenly jumped back to what it was supposed to be!
Very, very strange. The only thing untoward is that the font changed, but that will take about three keystrokes to fix. I thought I'd adjusted my font defaults in all settings, but who knows?
