Saving on-line references

Hi all, I am using 3.0.7 for MAc and Firefox 13. Everything works, but the function to save the reference from a site to Zotera. Actually do not even find the "blue book" I am supposed to click in so I can get the reference to Zotero.
Any idea what I should do?

I did try everything yesterday before posting here... Tried again now, but it is still not working...

"Everything" is too vague. Did you try amazon.com e.g.

Ideally we would want to know what you did for each step, but at a minimum we need the error report ID as described in 11.

I did exactly what was said in each step. I can´t report any error ID because I got now error message. The book icon is simply not there, since I starting using Zotero, it hasn't been there.

and are you actually saying that the "report error" option is greyed out?

These are the only error report that I have...

If I had more informations sure I had provide them. After all, I am the most interested on solving this problem. Whatever step I take from the 11 offered by Zotero, it always works perfect, but the icon keep not appearing.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for the loading of that page?

Dan Stillman, this is the thing. Noting appear, there is no icon, it never was... I can not even try to download, because there is no possibility...

I said for loading the page, not for trying to save.

I reinstalled firefox, apparently the problem was with it and not with zotero.
