invalid style files from Zotero style repository

I've recently upgraded to MS Office 2011 for Mac, and updated the Zotero plug in as well. When I go to add citations or format my document preferences, I'm given a choice of just 5 citation styles (AMA, APA, etc). I went to the zotero style repository to install the Chicago full note with bibliography style file that I need, but when I downloaded it I received this error message:

http://www.zotero.org/styles/chicago-fullnote-bibliography?install=1 does not appear to be a valid style file.

Stumped. Any suggestions?

    and I'm running Firefox 12.0

    Reset styles from the advanced tab of the zotero preferences.

    ok, I did that. Restarted Word. Now when I try to add a citation the citation style selection window comes up empty. I went to preferences to add the Chicago citation style, but I get the same error message (invalid style file).

    Did you restart Firefox/Zotero, too?
    If you did, the next step would be to completely delete the contents of the "Styles" folder in the Zotero data directory:
    http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data
    then manually install the styles you want from the repository.

    Also, just to make sure: which version of Zotero are you using? 3.0.7?

    problem solved, thanks (by restarting Firefox too).
