Can't Attach Link to URI

Dear Zotero,

You have been confusing me today by allowing me to add a link to one record but not to another. I have no idea why?

I could add a link to the pdf file here:

https://www.zotero.org/groups/from_some_psychologists/items/itemKey/46J2MFIX

But I can't add a link to the same pdf file here:

https://www.zotero.org/groups/from_some_psychologists/items/itemKey/SC7X8XFZ

Could you please explain to me why do not allow me to do that?

Oh, yes. You need to know I am doing this from Zotero standalone 3.0.7. And I am just right-clicking the entries and choosing

Add Attachment - Attach Link to URI

I don't really understand what the problem is here.

Hi Dan, and I do not understand what was not clear ;-)

If you look at the first item link there is a link at the bottom

Notes and Attachments

jensen_2007_adhd.pdf

I simply can't add that link to the second item. (And I have described above how I try to do that.)

See my link. When reporting problems, you need to tell us exactly what's happening on screen.

It looks a bit more complicated than I thought. Looking at it now I feel confused. I believe I was trying to add a link from this entry to the pdf file (see above):

https://www.zotero.org/groups/from_some_psychologists/items/itemKey/SC7X8XFZ

However I can only see this entry on the web now. When I search for "MTA" in the standalone Zotero it does not show up.

I think I need some advice for how to proceede here.

(There has been no error messages. Or at least I have not noticed them.)
