International Organization journal volume #s in bold

Is there a reason the volume number of journals shows up in bold? I can re-format it myself in the final draft, but I was just curious whether it was supposed to generate that way, or if that was a bug.

You can easily make the change yourself if you need it quickly: general instructions here.
You only have to remove this portion of code on line 248: font-weight="bold"
