A bug and missing features of Sage Harvard

Howdy, I noticed that Sage Harvard (as specified [1]) has some problems, especially for online sources:

* extra ' .' after online titles;
* no '(accessed 10 July 2011)';
* no 'In: Blog title" for online/blog sources.
