Extra space after opening parenthesis for report cited in APA style
In APA style, sixth edition, report numbers are preceded by the word “No.” and are surrounded by parentheses. However, in Zotero, there seems to be an extra space after the opening parenthesis, i.e., between the “(“ and “No.” shown below:
Miller, J. S. (2012). A model to forecast peak spreading ( No. FHWA/VCTIR 12-R11). Charlottesville, Virginia: Virginia Center for Transportation Innovation and Research. Retrieved from http://www.virginiadot.org/vtrc/main/online_reports/pdf/12-r11.pdf
Can this extra space be eliminated so I won’t need to manually eliminate it?

Rintzeedited May 11, 2012Fixed. You can find the updated version in the Zotero Style repository.

mmoranThank you so much, Rintze! I re-installed the APA style from the Zotero Style Repository (http://www.zotero.org/styles) and that did the trick, eliminating the extra space!
